Works beside Starry HMS and reads its data without ever writing to it, so the system the hotel runs on is never at risk.

  • Requisitions grouped by department or supplier, with one approval step, closed automatically when the goods are received in the POS.
  • Low-stock alerts: amber near the minimum, red at it.
  • Supplier price optimiser: the cheapest supplier for each item, or the fewest suppliers overall.
  • Contribution reports per item for food and drinks, and per department for salon, massage, laundry and mini-mart.
  • Also: POS orders and till cash-up, kitchen tickets, recipe costing, expenses and the cash book.
  • Editable staff roles and permissions, PDF and CSV exports.

Sagefinan stock audit

The auditor counts stock every morning, department by department. Sagefinan compares the count with the recorded figures and shows the variance straight away, so losses are caught the same day instead of at month end.

  • 4 departments, about 1,000 products: central store, VIP bar, rooftop bar and mini-mart.
  • Balances are calculated from purchases, requisitions and sales, never typed in.
  • 4 roles: admin, storekeeper, department staff and auditor.
  • Opening balances and the catalogue load from CSV, and staff set a new password at first login.

Website security recovery

The hotel's WordPress sites were hiding malicious PHP backdoors. We found and removed them, wrote an incident report and set a plan to keep the sites clean.
